Today was one of those days where there was just too much other stuff prioritised to schedule a ‘workout’. So I got my minutes in whilst I decorated by making my task more dynamic and going up and down the ladder like a woman on a mission! I did get a lot done though. 👍😄 It was like watching a painter on fast forward. Slightly alarming but satisfying nonetheless. Sometimes you just have to make it work for you and stairs can offer a convenient opportunity to get your pulse rate up and a bit of cardio work in at home.
