A strong start to the week really sets you up to succeed. Mondays are great for setting your focus on what you want to achieve. Make sure you get your workout in on a Monday and prepare for the rest of the week too. Schedule your fitness time into your weekly plan and prioritise it. Your health and wellness deserves as much care and attention as everything else in your busy life!

Today I delivered 2 rounds of Rep Rage - Kettlercise and it was great to see the gang back after half term.
