With over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have been fortunate enough to work with clients from all walks of life, ranging from cared-for adults with profound learning and physical disabilities to semi-professional athletes and fitness fanatics! I firmly believe that good health should be available to all and strive to help people find and utilise what they need to achieve it. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone realise what they are capable of and watching them extend that realisation when each goal is met.
School break along with a predicted wet summer brings more zoom classes to the timetable. There is also availability for private small group/PT bookings

Monday Zoom Kettlercise express - 9AM
30 minutes back to back kettlebell exercises using Kettlercise format to work the entire body
Tuesday Zoom SH1FT pyramid - 9AM
45 minutes of high energy exercises, layered on and off to challenge your fitness. Finishes with a stretch
(If the weather is bad, we revert to zoom)
Tuesday Evening Kettlercise @ St. Peter's - 6.30PM
50 minutes of weighted cardio using Kettlebells and following the registered Kettlercise routines.
Wednesday Zoom R1ZE - 9AM
Step is optional for this workout - its not essential but will ramp up the intensity if you have one to use.
Wednesday Zoom L1FT - 9.30AM
SH1FT weighted L1FT format workout. Intervals of weighted exercises targeting the whole body for increased strength and stamina. Can use dumbells, barbells, kettlebells or even tins of food!
Thursday Zoom SH1FT HIIT workout - 9AM
30 minutes of high energy interval exercises guaranteed to wake you up for the day ahead!
Thursday Zoom M1ND - 9.30AM
SH1FT fitness M1ND workout for mobility, stability and flexibility - 30 minutes of continuous, flowing action!
