With over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have been fortunate enough to work with clients from all walks of life, ranging from cared-for adults with profound learning and physical adversities to semi-professional athletes and fitness fanatics! I firmly believe that good health should be available to all and strive to help people find and utilise what they need to achieve it. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone realise what they are capable of and watching them extend that realisation when each goal is met.

30 minutes back to back kettlebell exercises using Kettlercise format to work the entire body
Kettlercise @ Hutton Community Centre - 9.20AM
50 minutes of back to back kettlebells using the Kettlercise formatted routines.
Guaranteed to challenge at any level. Not for under 16s or those currently pregnant.
Own bell and mat preferred but can be loaned by prior arrangement.
MUST BE PRE-BOOKED TO COMPLY WITH COVID/CENTRE REGS.
Tuesday Evening Kettlercise @ St. Peter's - 6.30PM
50 minutes of back to back kettlebell exercises following the registered Kettlercise routines. Guaranteed to build strength and stamina.
MUST BE PRE-BOOKED.
Bells can be borrowed by prior arrangements, own mat preferred.
Purestretch @ Hutton Community Centre - 9.20AM
50 minutes of stretch and core strengthening exercises to improve posture, mobility and range of movement for all.
Generally suitable for all, as there are alternatives throughout. There is no right or wrong!
Nice and uplifting and not taking ourselves too seriously.

55 minute weighted cardio sessions using kettlebells to build strength and stamina whilst burning calories and getting lean. Sessions are available back in the community from Autumn 2020 and MUST be PRE-BOOKED to comply with COVID-19 guidelines. Private sessions are also available.
Weight Loss Plan
Not a temporary 'diet' plan to follow short term, but a plan of action to adjust your mindset as well as your meals so that you can achieve your optimum weight to be the healthiest and most vital you for good!
Circuit / conditioning training
50 minute on-line class consisting of exercises to target the entire body to improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Sessions can be adapted to be more inclusive by offering alternative actions or substituting different muscle groups if needed.
yoga/pilates infused class to gain core strength and improved flexibility throughout the body. This class uses yoga straps (or dressing gown belts!) and possibly balls, blocks, cushions and/or towels
Small Group Session
Private session for up to 4 people - COVID guideline compliant - currently available outdoors but hopefully in the gym from later this year.
This session can incorporate any of the exercise options currently offered or be tailored to meet your own groups preferences.
SH1FT format classes (interval based)
4 disciplines on offer -
SH1FT - bodyweight HIIT training to slam your fitness into overdrive. Each release has a different theme.
L1FT - weighted workouts to boost your strength and stamina
R1ZE - HIIT sessions with the option of using a step - takes the energy to that extra level!
M1ND - calmer paced workouts to lengthen muscles, mobilise joints and increase stability throughout.
If the gym intimidates you, you want something more specific than a group exercise session or you want extra motivation to satisfy your health and fitness goals then consider personal training. I listen to what you want to achieve and together we determine how best to get you there. I will work on the best strategy to help you realise a lifelong relationship with fitness and not just a short term fix. Your state of health can be your biggest asset in creating confidence, vibrancy and happiness. It’s definitely worth the investment.
