I have been taking part in classes with Michelle for several years - it NEVER gets boring. She is constantly keeping it fresh and you can feel that in the changes to your body, mental health and mindset. She is a great PT and also one of the nicest people EVER! She also gets a massive buzz out of others achieving and does all she can to make that happen. Nothing is too much.
Michelle is a fantastic PT who is so friendly, supportive and welcoming. I have done different classes with Michelle such as the kettlebells exercise class, step classes and PureStretch and loved them all. I've also had PT sessions and Michelle adapts exercises to make sure you enjoy them and get the most out of them. With Michelle's encouragement I've been steadily increasing my weights. I couldn't recommend her enough!

How I can help you feel your best
It's not just about the aesthetics, although if you feel better about how your body looks, it carries over into your confidence - but it's really about how you actually feel.
It's getting the balance right with a range of activities that both challenge and restore, eating to nourish your body, managing your stress load, placing importance on sleep and having plenty of enjoyment as you improve your health.
For me, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone realise just how well they feel after implementing positive changes in their lifestyles and then wanting to push that even further.
I have over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry and have been fortunate enough to work with clients from all walks of life, ranging from cared-for adults with profound learning and physical adversities to semi-professional athletes and fitness fanatics! I firmly believe that good health should be available to all and strive to help people find and utilise what they need to achieve it.

If the gym intimidates you and you find yourself endlessly on the cardio machines when you really fancy doing some weights, you want something more specific than a group exercise session or you want extra motivation to satisfy your health and fitness goals then consider personal training.
I listen to what you want to achieve and together we determine how best to get you there. I will work on the best strategy to help you realise a lifelong relationship with fitness and not just a short term fix. Your state of health can be your biggest asset in creating confidence, vibrancy and happiness. It’s definitely worth the investment.
Whether you want to build strength, tailor a stretch session to improve mobility and flexibility or increase your stamina and energy levels, we will work together to find the system to get you to where you want to be.
I work well with women who have been put off exercise by intimidating gym or class environments and who didn't actually realise how good they could feel after exercising until they gave it a go!
Small Group Session
Gather together your favourite people - friends or family and create your own small group to exercise with.
You choose the focus, be it strength, stretch, whatever and schedule a time you can get fitter with the company you enjoy.
You are way more likely to stick with it if you work with a friend (or 2+!) so why not keep accountable and make your health habits social and enjoyable?

Weight Loss Coaching
How many times did you promise yourself that you were going to 'be good'? Then you followed a diet, lost the weight, attended the event or the holiday, then put it all back on and a bit more? Same story, different date right?
This isn't a short term, temporary food plan to follow, but a course of action to alter your attitude and choices around food.
You don't want to eliminate your social lifestyle for the sake of losing weight, so we will work together to incorporate healthier options to meals, tweak your current dietary habits and allow you to live your best life while enjoying nutrients that will nourish your body and boost your energy levels.
Instead of repeating the same lose it, gain it cycle, you only want to do this once...
We will make it your habitual way of being.
30 minute express session and 50 minute full session of back to back intervals of kettlebell exercises following the registered Kettlercise format.
Targeting the entire body, these sessions guarantee to make you feel like you have had a decent workout.
Challenging enough for beginner through hardcore regular - they are unsuitable for under 16s and anyone pregnant.

You look after your partner, family, friends, colleagues, etc etc but you consider your own wellbeing once you've taken care of everyone else's!
Self care is not selfish! It is vital, especially if you value your contribution to others happiness, health and wellness.
