With over 30 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I have been fortunate enough to work with clients from all walks of life, ranging from cared-for adults with profound learning and physical disabilities to semi-professional athletes and fitness fanatics! I firmly believe that good health should be available to all and strive to help people find and utilise what they need to achieve it. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone realise what they are capable of and watching them extend that realisation when each goal is met.

Monday Zoom Kettlercise express - 9.20AM
30 minutes back to back kettlebell exercises using Kettlercise format to work the entire body
Kettlercise @ Hutton Community Centre - 9.20AM
50 minutes of back to back kettlebells using the Kettlercise formatted routines.
Guaranteed to challenge at any level. Not for under 16s or those currently pregnant.
Own bell and mat preferred but can be loaned by prior arrangement.
MUST BE PRE-BOOKED TO COMPLY WITH COVID/CENTRE REGS.
Tuesday Evening Kettlercise @ St. Peter's - 6.30PM
50 minutes of back to back kettlebell exercises following the registered Kettlercise routines. Guaranteed to build strength and stamina.
MUST BE PRE-BOOKED.
Bells can be borrowed by prior arrangements, own mat preferred.
Wednesday Zoom L1FT - 9.20AM
SH1FT weighted L1FT format workout. 40-45 minute session. Intervals of weighted exercises targeting the whole body for increased strength and stamina. Can use dumbells, barbells, kettlebells or even tins of food!
Purestretch @ Hutton Community Centre - 9.20AM
50 minutes of stretch and core strengthening exercises to improve posture, mobility and range of movement for all.
Generally suitable for all, as there are alternatives throughout. There is no right or wrong!
Nice and uplifting and not taking ourselves too seriously.
