Brilliant sessions.  Best I've been to over the years.  The only one I've ever stuck with.  Michelle is fun, supportive and motivational!

Michelle is a fantastic PT who is so friendly, supportive and welcoming.  I have done different classes with Michelle such as the kettlebells exercise class, step classes and PureStretch and loved them all.  I've also had PT sessions and Michelle adapts exercises to make sure you enjoy them and get the most out of them.  With Michelle's encouragement I've been steadily increasing my weights.  I couldn't recommend her enough!
